Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our work, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged piece and packaging. Depending on the item, we will either provide a full refund or send a replacement.

For one-of-a-kind pieces, a replacement may not be available. In these cases, a full refund will be issued.

We take great care in packaging each order and appreciate your understanding and support of handmade ceramics.
